This issue has been identified as remedied in a new version of firmware. This firmware was already scheduled to be deployed this Thursday evening and the maintenance notice previously sent for that work is below:

We've been investigating a problem that occurred on 05/21/2024.
Location: Iron Mountain Data Center – WPA
Customer Impact: During the time frame, customers were unable to pass some traffic types outbound.
Reason for Incident: This is resolved but we are currently investigating the root cause of this issue, updates to follow.
