Customer Impact: If your colocation devices are single-homed they will be unavailable during the upgrade. If your devices are single-homed, with redundant connections, or dual-homed, your devices may experience an HA Failover or intermittent packet loss while sessions move. Core Magna5 Cloud Hosted infrastructure will not be affected.
Reason for Change: We will be performing firmware upgrades on the dedicated colocation switches. Completing these changes will allow Magna5 to continue to provide the best possible connectivity to our services.
