We believe the issue is recovering. We are waiting on a status update/RFO from our providers.

Identified

Currently we are experiencing an issue at the VA1 Datacenter with a downstream provider. We have opened tickets with our ISPs to investigate, but there may be intermittent packet loss until the downstream provider resolves the issue, or the ISPs exclude routes from that provider.
