Maintenance has been scheduled by Magna5 for the planned dates and times below:

Location: 24/7 Network Operations Center and Help Desk Services located in Boston, Charlotte, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh.

Reason for Change: Magna5 is transitioning to a new, more efficient Contact Center provider to enhance our management of inbound support calls. This upgrade is intended to streamline call routing and reduce response times.

Customer Impact: During this transition period, all inbound calls will be redirected to our new Contact Center phone system. Customers should continue to use the existing phone numbers to reach support.
