What is Magna5 Connect?

Magna5 Connect is our brand new self-service portal. It is specifically tailored to meet your needs, offering a suite of features that will streamline how you manage your services with us, including help desk and issue reporting, FAQs and documentation, project status and management, and IT procurement.

What Changes to Expect?

As we transition to Magna5 Connect, you will experience a change in how you submit and track service tickets and manage projects. The current help desk site will be retired, and all your support needs will be seamlessly integrated into the new Magna5 Connect portal.

We believe this change will bring a new level of transparency and efficiency to our partnership. Rest assured, the transition will be smooth, and we will be on hand to guide you through the new system rollout.
