Maintenance has been scheduled by Magna5 for the planned dates and times below:
Location: Magna5 WPA Datacenter
Customer Impact: During the maintenance window, we expect minimal service interruption while core switching infrastructure is upgraded. Switches will be upgraded independently to ensure functionality and redundancy.
Reason for Change: Magna5 network engineers will be performing a firmware upgrade on the core switches.
This is in response to a disruption on Saturday 9/16, Magna5 observed an interruption and degradation in core switch functionality. After review with the manufacturer Cisco, Magna5 has decided to upgrade to a newer firmware revision.
