Service Desk Phone Outage – Inbound and Outbound Calls Impacted
Vonage is now reporting this issue resolved. We are now closely monitoring the system, and you may resume using our Service Desk phone lines as normal. We'll continue to keep an eye on things and share any further updates if needed.
We are currently experiencing a Service Desk Phone outage affecting both inbound and outbound calls. This outage impacts our ability to receive and make calls due to a global Vonage service disruption affecting the UK and United States.
The issue has been identified by Vonage as intermittent and they are actively investigating with top priority.
