We are currently experiencing a Service Desk Phone outage affecting both inbound and outbound calls. This outage impacts our ability to receive and make calls due to a global Vonage service disruption affecting the UK and United States.

The issue has been identified by Vonage as intermittent and they are actively investigating with top priority.
