Current Status: All RMM nodes have been cut over. Magna5 is actively upgrading probe software deployed across organizations' environments. Once the probe software has been upgraded, the vulnerabilities will be fully resolved.

Change Freeze: Change freeze has been lifted across all nodes.

Next Steps: Magna5 will begin upgrading agent software on servers and endpoint devices. The agents are not at risk from the exploits, but we are updating them to maintain optimal performance and compatibility.

Due to a security vulnerability announced today, November 12th, Magna5 will be accelerating our planned upgrade to this morning as a proactive measure. The vulnerability was discovered by a third-party security firm, and there are currently no confirmed reports of active exploitation. We are taking this action to ensure your systems remain secure.

Systems: RMM1.Magna5.com, RMM2.Magna5.com, RMM3.Magna5.com, RMM4.Magna5.com

Change Freeze: Starting at 10:50am ET, November 12th, a change freeze will be implemented. Agents installed after this notice have been received will be lost.

Customer Impact: RMM nodes will be briefly unavailable while the servers are cutover to the upgraded nodes. Any active remote-control sessions will be disconnected. Once the cutover is complete the change freeze will be lifted.

Reason for Change: Magna5 will upgrade the RMM platform nodes to resolve a security vulnerability announced on November 12, 2025.
