Maintenance has been scheduled by Magna5 for the planned dates and times below:
Location: Magna5 SDWAN Gateways in the 160 Orchestrator.
Customer Impact: During the maintenance window, all Magna5 SDWAN gateways will have maintenance performed individually, in a rolling window with only one gateway being down at a time. Site internet connectivity behind the SDWAN edge can see a small burst of increased latency. Any IPSEC tunnel terminating to one of the Magna5 SDWAN gateways will see connectivity approximately 5 minutes during the maintenance.
Public VeloCloud hosted gateways will not be affected Dual-Homed IPSEC tunnels will fail over between gateways in maintenance.
Reason for Change: SDWAN gateways are being rebooted and tools updated.
