Customer Impact: The N-able Remote Monitoring (RMM) and Commvault Data Backup (BDR) portals will experience brief downtime as we apply new SSL certificates.

Reason for Change: Earlier today, Magna5 was notified that Digicert did not adhere to proper Domain Control Verification processes for a subset of SSL certificates. Consequently, Digicert is revoking all affected certificates issued during that period. For more details, please refer to the Digicert incident report linked below:
