Service Advisory: Magna5 Service Desk Phones Impacted — Vonage Contact Center Outage What happened An upstream incident at Amazon Web Services (AWS) has impacted Vonage Contact Center, which we use for our Service Desk phones. Vonage and AWS have identified a potential root cause and applied mitigations, and both are reporting signs of recovery.
Customer impact You may be unable to reach our Service Desk by phone, or you may experience call failures, long hold times, or dropped calls. Our ticketing, remote support, and monitoring systems remain fully operational.
