An issue was identified with Magna5 edge routers and an upstream carrier, which caused a significant spike in CPU utilization resulting in a loss of network availability.
We will be working with vendor support to determine the underlying cause and apply corrective actions to ensure network stability moving forward.
All services should be restored at this time. An RFO will be communicated once the root cause analysis is complete.
Currently we are investigating issues at VA Datacenter regarding network availability. We believe the issue is stabilizing and will be following up shortly.
