Magna5 has received confirmation from several carriers that the issue has been resolved. There was a failing card on carrier equipment that was causing bad traffic and incorrect routes. The carrier removed the card from the path and services stabilized. Magna5 will continue to monitor network stability.
Magna5 has confirmed with multiple carriers there is an ongoing large-scale routing issue that is causing internet disruptions. We will keep customers updated as more information becomes available.
Magna5 has received reports of similar symptoms for systems outside of Magna5's datacenter. All indications are pointing towards a larger internet routing event may be ongoing. We will keep customers updated as more information becomes available.
Magna5 has identified that the IP space for the WPA datacenter is routing incorrectly with our upstream providers. We are working with our carriers to resolve the issue.
