Investigating

We are currently experiencing an outage affecting Take Control remote control functionality on RMM nodes 1 through 4. This issue is impacting the ability to launch Take Control remote sessions. However, Remote Desktop functionality remains operational and can be used as an alternative during this time.

Our vendor has acknowledged the issue and is actively investigating the root cause of this issue and working toward a resolution. We understand the importance of this functionality and are closely monitoring the situation.
