Maintenance has been scheduled by Magna5 for the planned dates and times below:

Change Freeze Starting at 5PM on July 14th a change freeze will be implemented. Agents installed after 5PM on July 14th will be lost.

Reason for Change: Magna5 will be upgrading the RMM5.Magna5.com monitoring node to provide additional features and functionality.

Customer Impact: On July 15th RMM5.Magna5.com will be briefly unavailable while the server is cutover to the upgraded node. Any active remote-control sessions will be disconnected. Once the cutover is complete the change freeze will be lifted.
