Customer Impact: No customer impact is expected, but during individual device upgrade's there will be a loss of redundancy. Customers may see a short burst of increased latency during security appliance fail-over.
Reason for Change: We will be performing a firmware upgrades for stability enhancements on all core switching. Completing these changes will allow Magna5 to continue to provide the best possible connectivity to our services.
