RMM Platform Upgrade - RMM Nodes 1 through 4

Maintenance has been scheduled by Magna5 for the planned dates and times below:

Systems: RMM1.Magna5.com, RMM2.Magna5.com, RMM3.Magna5.com, RMM4.Magna5.com

Change Freeze: Starting at 4PM, November 13th, a change freeze will be implemented. Agents installed after 4PM on November 13th, will be lost.

Customer Impact: RMM nodes will be briefly unavailable while the servers are cutover to the upgraded nodes. Any active remote-control sessions will be disconnected. Once the cutover is complete the change freeze will be lifted.

Reason for Change: Magna5 will be upgrading the RMM platform nodes to provide additional security, features and functionality.
