‘The AWS issues have been resolved and restored service to Connectwise & Alienvault.
Please be advised that Alienvault USM authentication services are currently experiencing an outage with users logging in. It has been identified as a service outage in AWS us-east-1.
This is also affecting ConnectWise Manage Ticketing and the ConnectWise Customer Portal
